All content on the Platform — including logos, designs, competition materials, certificates, and software — is the intellectual property of Schoovents and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
By submitting content (such as competition entries, photos, or creative works) to the Platform, you grant Schoovents a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use such content for promotional and operational purposes, with attribution where applicable.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We are committed to protecting the personal information of all users, especially minors.
The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Schoovents makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform. We do not guarantee that competition results or rankings are free from error, and results may be reviewed if a valid concern is raised.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Schoovents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, participation opportunities, or competition results.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Platform's integrity.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
